Earlier Fire Incident
This is the second such incident with blazes engulfing tents and vehicles across different sectors.
On January 30, a massive fire broke out in Sector-22, reducing 15 tents to ashes. Fire brigade teams managed to contain the flames, preventing further damage. Earlier, another fire erupted in Sector-2, causing panic after two cars caught fire. However, swift response from firefighters ensured no casualties.
A similar incident occurred on January 19 in Sector-19, where dry grass stored inside a camp ignited, destroying 18 tents. Fire personnel acted promptly, preventing any injuries. Authorities are investigating the cause of these repeated fire outbreaks.
